Land financing has gaps in trustworthy, neutral education. Most online content is written by lenders selling products, or by writers who never spoke to one. We focus on accuracy, citation, and clarity, and we update guides as the market evolves.

LandLoan.ai is operated by the same team behind AgLoans.com, a service that helps borrowers organize their information and get matched with agricultural and land lenders. LandLoan.ai is intentionally kept separate: nothing on this site is a loan offer, application, or recommendation.

How we cite

Where we reference market data we link to the original source (USDA ERS, USDA NASS, Farm Credit Administration, Federal Reserve Ag Finance Databook, FSA) and note the period it covers. We never quote live interest rates.
